Welcome to The Brickmind Community

The purpose of this community is to provide trained facilitators in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method with a trusted space to share ideas, knowledge, and experiences in applying the method in their work. Brickmind is a community for facilitators — a place to collaborate, learn, and grow together. It is not designed for trainers offering their own certification programs, to ensure the space remains focused on practice, quality, and integrity in using the method. The community is created and managed by Inthrface, which is why facilitators certified through our programs are automatically invited to join. At the same time, we want this to be a global and diverse space, so all trained facilitators — no matter where they completed their training — are welcome, as long as they meet the entry requirements and follow our Simple Guiding Principles.
